Default end of season help

This is the first year i have ever owned a boat and could use a little help on end of the year stuff!!
First off i don't have a truck so i didn't bother to get a trailer so the boat will be hauled by someone else more than likely a marina, so any suggestions that would be great and blocked in my yard so i can do the bottom paint and other maintenance.
Second i dont know how the process of winterizing works so though it best to have someone else do it this year and i can learn as more time goes on so that bring first problem i need a marina that will come haul my boat winterize it then block it at my house.
Third shrink wrapping i don't know if it is a necessity but it looks nice keeps water out and since it will be in my front yard it will have to look decent or the wife will be yelling! hahaha.. so the problem is can i get some one to come to my house to do this or will i have to find a marina to do all three.

If there is a way that this can be done in steps that would be fine too. Like if i could get the boat to my house and have someone come and winterize it in my yard, then another guy come shrink wrap it. that would prob be ideal as i could do some work on it in the yard for a few weeks then get it wrapped as it started to get real cold like in dec.

thanks for all and any help
