It was my understanding that parasites that live in Tuna/other saltwater fish can't live in our systems but , Freshwater and Saltwater fish that migrate from one to the other shouldn't be consumed raw . I never eat raw Salmon or Stripers . I love to eat the rack meat as we loin out the Tuna .
