I was there a few weeks ago when the water was very clear. I caught 4 LMB in a little over an hour (all were small). I fished from the parking lot entrance and was able to walk up the river in sandals. (Look at your 4th picture) The water level is very low but now you have access to go up stream from there. This is were I was able land the 4 bass. Like I said very small but action is action.
