Yeah, I think its just old and got overused during the extreme heat. Opened it up and the copper coil inside was black!! Thought about gettin a new motor, but I recently made a large purchase that involves diamonds and gold and goes on a ring finger.
Found replacement parts for about $30 plus shipping so hopefully that will get me back out on the water soon..........
