Been fishing for years and so excited to land my first pike right in our back yard so to speak.
Climbed "the rope" below the little falls drop and worked the shoreline without success last night... looking forward to going out tonight if these storms pass

Congrats on the Pike. It's amazing they've still been this active this deep into summer. I usually launch the yak and paddle up to the area you mentioned. Very fishy, yet severely overfished unfortunately
. Good early season spot though.
