Have a few ways to do it, but I would hope that some of our tile fishermen will jump on here and give you some more info.
Most of my customers who are using these jigs are using them as the sinker, and catching fish on them, rather than the bait on the hook. I know many guys feel that the swivel will cause problems, but IMHO, a small Power Swivel on my bucktails has always felt like I get more action out of the jig and avoid the line twist, compared to a loop. I use power swivels and have never had any line shy issues from fish.
I actually like to use the new T - Turn Swivels, made by the company who makes the Viper Spoons. They eliminate twist and offer a better set up for teasers. In this case, I will use a loop for the biggest jig, rather than a coast lock swivel.
Maybe some of our deep drop fishermen can help out some more here??
