Hit the Ramapo this am
Been hearing a lot of people talking about fishing with butter worms, so I pick up 2 packs at a local store and gave them a shot. In a nut shell holy sh$t picked up at least 2 dozen fish in about 2 hours of fishing....had to leave them biting since I only had one of the 2 packs with me.
A nice mix of bows and brookies.
Is it me or there a lot of small fished that were stocked this year, most of the fish i was catching were small and some didnt even make the 9 inch mark?
I ended up keeping 3 fish due to them getting hooked in the gills and were bleeding bad. they are on the smoker as we speak.
