Thumbs up Bacon Baked Bass
Cut your Bass fillets into 2" wide strips
Season Lightly with Old Bay, let chill in fridge

Pre-cook Bacon strips til done but not crispy

Wrap Bacon around Bass Strips

Pre-Heat oven to 400

Bake for 35 min

Easy to Do and Great Stuff!
