Very cool video... Looks to me like it was filmed in Boca Grande Pass on Florida's West Coast.
We Tarpon fish there every year and there are a bunch of guides that specialize in the Grouper fishery down there. Once they hook a big fish like that they will bring the boat into shore and wade in the water with the fish to snap of few pictures. Amaxing to see the size of these things. I think the state record is just under 700 lbs.
