After a really bad weekend that keeps on getting worse
, I HAD to go fishing. Me and my took our semi functional boat out since we have yet to sell it
. Figured we would go to Rainbow since we knew it was open and can be a real honey hole. We got on the water around 11:30 am. We worked most of the lake looking and fishing for both bass and panfish. No luck on the bass but we did find some yellow perch and pickeral. We got off the water around 4:00 pm. My dad had 3 perch and 1 pickeral and I had 2 pickeral.Mr Twisters did the trick. Even though we may have done better just hitting our shore spots it was nice to take the boat out again. We could have smoked em but it just wasn't meant to be. It was defintely the highlight of my weekend and better yet we both caught our first fish of 2012
