Caught one in 2008 and was wondering what the heck the tag was. Looked it up and found it. Basically ya get a certificate, a patch, and entry to some kind of grand prize drawing that I didnt get or expect to get. Still unexpected and cool
There are only ~ 1000 trout tagged each year in the entire state and possibly many are not caught. Hey I hit the trout lottery in 2008!
