Re: Going to try smoking a striper for the first time tonight.
I forgot to post the results. It didn't come out bad. Had a nice smoked flavor but felt like it was missing something. I also wish I could've smoked it for longer.
Steve - That's what my girl and I were thinking. We'll try that next time.
