Duke Island Park 10/18/11
Alarm went off at 3am for some god awful reason. Couldnt get back to sleep after that. Headed over to Duke Island Park at 4:30am where we orginally met for opening day. Figured if I couldnt sleep might as well give it a shot since they "supposedly" stocked recently. To my surprise, got 4 trout, around 12 inches, on a mepps spinner.
Gorgeous morning, and im glad i went. Slept in my car during my lunch hour so I am refreshed. Enough with freshwater, time for some stripers!
