Default Turnmill Pond 10/1

Hit Turnmill Pond today. We got on the water at 9:45 pm. It was a little windy at first then it really started cranking until the end when it died down. We had a tough first hour but the next 3 hours we had good fishing. We got off the lake at 1:45 pm. We combined for 21 bass, perch, pickeral, crappie and sunfish. We caught fish with a variety of techniques but trolling rapalas seemed to work the best. The front of the lake had more fish than the lily pads in the back. The lake was fairly crowded, guess everyone went nuts when they heard all those fish from Prospertown were dumped in there? Suprised the cold front didn't shut down the bite. Overall a good day of fishing . Gonna hit Rainbow Lake tommorow. It should defintely give up it's pot of gold tommorow .
