Got to the SR around 7 AM, Started out at the Ballpark, nothing there. Went over to Blackhole then Staircase, nothing there. Headed to Town pool saw a couple of fish swimming in circles trying to dodge the lead being heaved at there heads. Ill be damned if im gona pay that wackjob at the bait shop 50 bucks to fish on her property, yup thats whats shes getn these days. I never fish the Town pool anyway but there were a few fish there. Headed up river to sportsmans, pineville, nothing goin on. Then to the one and only TRESTLE POOL NORTH. Very good amount of fish there, however I never fish there cus its bananas, 200 people lined up on each side of the river trying to get there SALMON FIX! It was a ZOO! Saw a few fish hooked in the ASS and a couple were landed. The water was warm and the fish that remain are laying low, we need some rain and cooler temps. Anyway my crew and I didnt catch anything but we scoped out all our holes to make sure they were in tact after last years monster flood. Its still early fellas. Its so close I can taste it.
