Got to RVR this morning and it was coming down in buckets and saw a flash of lightening. Waited it out for 20 minutes and went down to the swimming lake and soldiered through a few sprinkles and intermittent downpours for 3 hours. Wind was honking too.
Managed 4 LMB and lost 1, biggest was probably1.5 LBS. All caught on plastic worms.
Wife won't let me fish tomorrow so a rainy day fishing is better than none.
