Raritan river smallmouth 6/3:
Hit the Raritan river under the bridge going into Manville and I was pleasantly surprised. Got no less then 4 smallmouth, 1 was really nice. I did go on top of the bridge and looked down and saw a huge bass sitting on a nest, she was chasing the sunfish away.
Water level and temps are perfect. Went up river for a bit and fished the fast water run near a small park, nothing there.
