Plan B...woke up at 5 am and decided that Plan B was now in effect...go to Farrington which is only ~ 10 mins from my house.

Twitched the lily pads with a superfluke and connected with 4 LM bass and 3 pickeral in the am. Switched to a rooster tail and nailed two brookies as well.

Guess who forgot sunscreen! Well you guessed it, I was off the pond by 11 am. With the breeze picking up and me getting roasted, I was done.

Not a bad day on the water.

All fish were super shallow, in the lily pads. I also had numerous hook ups that quickly came unbuttoned with severe slashes in my jerk bail... those pesky fresh water blues!
Nice Lunkertaker. Isn't there supposed to be a lot of pike in that lake?
