Re: Hey Andy!!!!
You're not gonna believe this, but a chunk of Yum Dinger. I was bass fishing in another little park pond near my house. All I had were soft-plastics and stickbaits. I saw a bunch of carp in a foot of water and they were on a feeding tear. I took the Rapala off, put on a small hook, bit off the end of a chartreuse Yum Dinger, put it on the hook and dropped it right in front of the carp and he immediately ate it. Figures, right? What a fight though. I'm gonna keep at it with the corn and the boilies. I think the carp may be a little wary at the place I've been fishing cause it gets a lot of pressure. The carp in this pond could not care less that I was right there. I may keep with the same tactics but try a few other locations. In other news, going to hit Split Rock on Friday and going to go drum fishing in Cape May with Leedz next Wed. We gotta hook-up soon.
