Oh yeah, to fry the fish dredge 1st in flour, then in egg then into the breadcrumbs. The trick to the breadcrumbs is to take panko and crush it, I put it in pastic wrap and smashed it with the bottom of a heavy glass but chopped in a processor would have been easier.
