I think an exploratory trip would be a good idea. Only if a person had a great knowledge about these wrecks and had a boat capable of making the run would this be possible. Now that's just an idea. They are fishing the same rock piles all the charter and party boats fish. They are right offshore and kilsong used to make about a trip or two a week out there jigging the snot out of them..
If they open it up soon it would be a good shot, another month or so those fish should be heading inshore a little and then right off the beach in a few months!
