Boat Slip

My sons and I are back in the game, we just purchased a 2007 Wellcraft 252 Costal, and are looking for a boat slip. I kept my Grady White at Hoffmans for 11 years, but after Sandy,we've been boat less for the past 6 years and now we're back. We are very interested in the Belmar Marina since now we have many young grandkids, and the amenities are nice, floating docks, etc.it's about $4,000. Per season.
Hoffmans rates are through the roof and I don't want to deal with that Crazy current,,any advice would be appreciated ,thanks

If you want something really nice try the Channel Club Marina up the Shrewsbury river in Monmouth Beach. They have a pool for the kids, restaurant on site and others in walking distance. I docked there when I had my boat.

Canal Point Marina at south end of the canal. Spotless restrooms (3) half hour at most to the inlet but a lot more options for grandkids with the bay and Man. River.Pool Club also.

Our marina is more reasonable than the Belmar side
Thzts said i think with small kids being up north in the bay allows many more fishable days.
Lets you stsy inside when ocean condition can be tough , as well as run out front,
Also the early spring bass run, and fall bass run are way better up north the last few years

Good luck with the new ride

I'm in Baywood in Brick. has a pool, rates are very good, they also have a credit program if paid in full you get a few hundred bucks credit good for anything there, gas, stuff in their store, work, etc...
I have a 26' and it's 2600 plus 400 credit back so basically 2200 for the summer season.

I agree channel club and Belmer municipal marina both excellent , spent several years in both .
Belmer give u quick
Access to running anywhere , I’ve had boats in that region since 70’s , while CC is great also with plenty of amenities much of the run to the back is no wake zone so u can spend more time running .
With an OB boat no big deal !

I know of a slip in glimmer glass that is very nice and looking for family fishing person to occupy it. If interested let me know.
