With help we pulled this from the Duke Island Park section. Fishing was tough under the bright skies. Went over to the The Sporting Life on Rt. 22 and loaded up on a bunch of goodies, the selection is awesome !

Congrats on capturing the rather large tire!!!! Put some lights on it and make it a Christmas ornament!!!:eek:

that tire looks like it is still good to use. wonder how many catfish are homeless now that it is no longer in there. you have to be careful pulling something like that out of the water you can hurt your back or something else,glad to hear you had some help. good work andy.

wait, there's two tires in that pic. the big, black, vertical one and the lesser, yet equally impressive, faded red horizontal one! :p

ps- gotta let some air out of mine, I'm startin to look like a bobber! :D

The tire's insides were all full of mud. I doubt any fish utilized it.

I can still smell the mud bubbles and that rotting tire...
