Inexpensive storage suggestions for Boat/trailer?

I am in the process of purchasing a used 14' jon boat/trailer/trolling motor and wanted to see if anyone had suggestions as to a cheap (I.e. Under $100 a month) place I could store the boat/trailer in the Central/north jersey area. Thus far all I have found are traditional storage rentals that offer indoor/outdoor boat storage but the monthly rent is simply more than I could afford and in a few months I would have spent more on storage than the boat itself. I don't need someplace with crazy security since the boat/trailer is as cheap as they come, so I was thinking maybe I could find someone who owns an industrial business who would be willing to let me park the trailer in their lot for a nominal fee. I know some of the industrial lots I see off Rt. 22 in Union & Kenilworth occasionally have boats parked in the back.

Ideally I would like to find a place close to where I live in Union County but since most of lakes I would be using boat at are farther north, I am flexible. If I had a lot that was measured in acres rather than square feet I would just park in the yard however I have absolutely no space in yard or driveway for a boat. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks!

I've seen boats parked at some of those self storage places, maybe that will work, dunno the price.

Shoot me a PM, its not definite but I know of a place you might be able store it near Somerville if the owner is up to it.

Check privately owed gas stations and auto repair places. They may have room to store a boat and be willing to make a few extra, under the table bucks. If you have a fishing friend/acquaintance/family member who has room, perhaps you can barter storage for his abilty to use the boat when you aren't using it. I know that tackle shops like Tackle and Field in Wanaque store boats, bit I never priced it.

Spruce run has a summer/winter storage yard. Give them a try and it's reasonable if there already full for the season.

Budget truck rental on 23south in Wayne has a few boats stored. It's them or the fuel yard or pct transmissions next coor. Worth a try

This is perfect, just what I was looking for. I submitted my application today and got a spot. It's farther than I wanted to store the boat but will be great to have option to cruise out there whenever I want (day or night) and have my boat parked 100 yards from the launch. After the season is over I can consider somewhere more permanent but for now this is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks!

Glad I can help . That was may plan
when last summer I came home with a 16' tracker and a kayak.
Put the tracker next to the 19 cc and hung the yak from the ceiling. DW wasn't so happy so I sold the cc this spring. 😂It was in need of repair so i let it go.
