Any reports for wildwood crest will be heading down for the weekend just wondering if it's worth it to bring my gear?

Like everywhere else, the Bluefish are around. As you drive into the Crest, there's a shop called No Bones run by an old Vietnam Vet who has his own fishing show. He'll point you in the right direction, even if it's to the nearest Pizza shop.

On Saturday as soon as the rain slowed up I grabbed some bait and went over to the pier by the Starlight fleet first a small striped bass then a 4' shark, 3 snapped lines in a row then a gator blue,then 2 pulled hooks and 1 more shark the gator blues are definitely around, not a bad few hours of fishing.
