reel pole combo questions
 

Hi guys, most my fishing in Raritan bay, Sandy hook, with family, been along time since I did long trips.
Just got some new stuff, reel being a couple of Penn FTH fathom 30 reels, what would this reel be setup for? Offshore trips, 40lb ,50lb
Line, trolling etc, . I have a lot of inshore stuff already,
any input is appreciated

Buddy just got a few of them as well. He has had success using them trolling the bay for bass and blues with plugs and mojo's. Loaded with 50lb braid and 50lb top shot. You could also use them for offshore seabass, cod, etc. And inshore trolling for mahi and schoolie tuna.
