Sonar/GPS

I am looking to upgrade my sonar/gps. Looking for a 5-7" screen and don't want to spend more than $600-$700 or even less. The less bells and whistles the better. Any info or recommendations appreciated. I am not looking for a used unit.

i have the garmin gpsmap 741xs and really like it. not sure of the current price range, but user friendly and garmin stands behind their products. my touchscreen stopped working and they sent me a new unit in about a week.
