Cong night fishing question

I usually launch from the State Park and I've seen a sign that says it closes at 8pm (I think?). So if I want to fish at night how do I get off the lake after close? Is there a specific marina you guys use?

IIRC, while Lake Hopatcong State Park itself closes at 8 pm, the boat ramp closes at 7 pm... it really sucks for fishermen. Lee's all the way.
