Perfect Day on the Cong

Fished working many hours yesterday from about 8am to 5pm with my brother and my buddy. Had perfect conditions with almost no wind the entire day and practically nobody on the water. Picked at crappie throughout the day moving around. We caught probably 60-70 total and left with a 3 man limit for our upcoming big fish fry at the end of the month. Biggest fish was almost 13.5". We also had a nice mixed bad with 3 catfish, 1 slime dart, 1 large mouth, 1 rock bass, 1 white perch and 1 yellow perch. We were able to leave them biting and plenty of day light left. Can't ask for better conditions and action.

If u ever get the chance, louisana gold hot sauce on fish fry I love it on catfish- buddy from lafayette got me hooked with it on catfish Everything you love with the vinegar but a wonderful blend of peppers without being nasty or one dimensional |
