easter surprise
 

first happy easter to all. i fished the big pond by brady bridge this morning and got a nice mixed bag of fish. started by trolling for crappies with jig-n-bobber on the main lake side and ended up with 14 crappies from 8" to 13" only kept three of the bigger ones for the table. then the wind machine started up so had to go to the liffy side to get out of the wind and got two white perch and two small crappies. tried by the other little bridge and only 1 more white perch and 1 very black crappie that fish was very black not much other color on him. then with the wind at my back drifted towards were my jeep was parked,i used a white roadrunner and got a 12.5" brid first one of the season,drifted a bit further and bang got a 22" walleye also a first for the season. all in all a great easter fishing trip.hope everybody had a happy easter tight lines to all.:D

Nice job. I got my butt kicked fri and sat.

I think I caught that same super dark crappie last week in that barking dog cove.

yep same for me sat tough bite at the north end of the big pond the crappies did not play well with others:(
