Fish are biting today boys
 

Traffic was light today so I had the itch and needed to stop at a place I saw some guys fishing when I was driving to work on opening day. Little stretch right on the border of union and Springfield. Threw a spinner for under 15 mins and landed 2 nice 13 inch stockies and a small bass. Fish gave a nice fight including some acrobatic jumps. No pics as I wanted to get them right back since I was C&R. Get out whenever you can boys. Tight lines!!!

Hahaha figured that would be a spot many guys here would know. Tried again this morning, a few thumps but no hookups

Great stretch of the river with a lot of access on both sides of the bridge. I lived down the street from there for 5 years.
