Maybe im seeing it wrong but is that an injury right behind the dorsal fin?
Lose bait perhaps, since thats a common spot to hook minnows. http://www.state.nj.us/dep/fgw/chkfish.htm maybe a Comely Shiner? |

Most likely a Spottail shiner or Spotfin shiner. Definitely some species of shiner though.
