Fishing guide suggestions in Phoenix AZ area?

I will be spending Christmas in the Phoenix area and would like to do a little fishing at one of the area lakes/reservoirs. Bartlett Lake would be my first choice but Saguaro, Horseshoe and Lake Pleasant are also options. Looking for a half-day guided trip. If anyone can recommend a guide in the area I would appreciate it, otherwise I will be fishing from shore trying to avoid scorpions and rattlers!
