Offshore sea bass

Went on the 5-5 out of Brielle. A buffet of different fish. Double header big sea bass and a cod. Double 3 lb ling in 250 feet of water no less (glad I was using a 3/0 high speed Senator). Another cod. Lot's of big 2-3 lb porgies and more sea bass (though not as many keepers as I would have liked). Many 3 to 6 pounds on board. Was given 3 pound bluefish (one caught after losing sea bass rear ends to them all day). Cod won the pool but not one of mine. End the day with a 50 quart cooler so full I had to fill a bucket with porgies just so I could close the lid. Rougher out there than predicted but an awesome day.
