Mad Gaffer fishing report November 5 Saturday
 

We had our old friends out Dr. Rich Magee and the Stevens university fishing club yesterday. We tried the striped bass fishing, but we found the fish to be very sporadic , And the high volume of boat traffic, made it even more difficult , So we opted to try some bottom fishing, which paid off. We had excellent porgy fishing, mixed with sea bass and blackfish. We worked our way back, hoping to find some more bass, but we were unsuccessful. It was a beautiful day, good friends on the boat, we didn't exactly end up with what we wanted, but everyone went home with dinner. Our next open date is Thursday and then again on Friday, where we will The targeting striped bass, and we will have bait on the boat for bottom fishing, as well. call for information and reservations
