Port Monmouth - kayak fishing

Chucked the brand new kayak into the water by port Monmouth, paddled out to birds working and bunker crashing all over the place. Threw shads at em. Any color worked but white seemed to attract the bigger striped bass, about 36in was the biggest . Dropped in at 3:45 was home by 6. Totals. 1 short 7 keepers, all went back for next time.... Tight lines
