mad gaffer open boat Friday, September 23, we have an open both scheduled for tomorrow Friday, September 23 , as well as for Saturday, September 24, we will be bottom fishing , and fluking, we've been catching a good number large fluke on our bottom fishing spots , and as you know the fluke season closes on Sunday, September 25. The bottom fishing has been excellent with a great number of big porgies, some black fish, and triggerfish, as well as some very large fluke . We have plenty of room and the weather looks to be favorable. If you're considering a charter or an open boat trip for sea bass which opens October 22 , or a striped bass trip in Raritan Bay this fall , It may be advantageous to you , to book those dates now.
