Fishing last few days...
 

Action has been good. Nothing huge but some solid fish.

Wed 4 to 6:30: 26 lm bass up to 17" and a few small perch. Same spot as last sunday where I got the 50 or so. Less time fishing but some bigger bass.

Thursday 4:30 to 7: 16 lm bass up to 13"; 7 crappie up to 12"; and a bunch of small perch and sunnies. Also one mama bear and 2 cubs. Got within 30 feet of me. Not too scary though as mama(150lbs) was smaller than me(190lb). Cubs were adorable scampering around and playing.

Today 7:15 to about 11: 12 lm bass up to 15"; 8 pickerel up to 15" and one mega nearly 10" pumpkinseed.

Basically sticking with buzzbaits near cover/weed patches and yellow or white grubs in the open water and weed edges.

What size buzz do hit these bass on? Mine is prob way too big
Almost palm size in total

Awesome bear pix...really enjoy seeing all the crazy wildlife in our crowded little state, thanks for posting.

the wildlife makes things exciting while out on the water.. (when not catching fish).. the other day my buddy and i had a garter snake swim across a lake right at the boat, climbed up the motor and hung out with us for a few.. the thing that always gets me though is the beaver tails smacking the water when you dont expect it.
