Current Sandy Hook & Raritan Bay Conditions

Are the swells so bad that party boats out of Atlantic Highlands are restricted to stay inside the bay and not be able to fish the ocean? And if so, what are the results?

The ocean is ok until this weekend but the fishing is off in my opinion. Unless your fishing rough bottom in 75 feet of water the keepers have been very tough to find but the sea bass was great til that closed today. The bay is slow as well but you can still find patches of fish if you put your time in IMO. Good Luck

The party boats are staying inside so the neophytes don't get sea sick. Read the reports and they will spell it out/explain.

Caught some keepers off great kills by kayak the other day.... So the bay can still produce a few.

Only problem is, the bay water is terrible!
