Chirp
I have a Simrad NSS8
Thinking of getting chirp, but my typical fishing is 15 to 80 feet. Am I wasting my time or is it worthwhile. If so, what transducer Thx |
Re: Chirp
CHIRP signal processing give better definition. Mid water column, IHMO it's a waste of money. On the bottom is where it pays off.
If bottom definition of bait, weeds or fish ( lots of smalls v a large) that's where it excels. CHIRP is simply signal processing is better of the transducer signal. It has intelligence in the unit that can separate the fly sh*t from the pepper. It's not going to see stuff no one sees. It's just going to see it better. I hope that helps? |
