Raritan River SMALLIE 7/17
Been hitting the BIG R all week looking for the big river Bronze that resides in this body of water! Got out there early again today but the action was slow and the topwater bite was pretty much non existent! Only 4 blow ups in a few hours of fishing! Finally connected with 1 beautiful river Smallie around 930 am! Fish measured 20 inches on the nose, not much in her belly unfortunately! Good little battle in the current of the Raritan!
TIGHT LINEZ!!!!!!!:D http://i1315.photobucket.com/albums/...ps7x2cohf6.jpg |

.
That's awesome. Twenty-inches is huge. According to the PA F&B Commision, that bass could be 11 or 12 years old. https://www.fish.state.pa.us/pafish/...s_overview.htm . |
