Hey gang, Capt. Scott here. We had a nice big crowd of customers on the boat yesterday for the 4th of July day trip with John Chiavarini and Shane. We had our group of 34 show up yesterday and John said they were totally awesome. They picked away at nice fluke all day...keepers and shorts. I had the boat out last night up the East River for the fireworks with a light crowd of 20 customers and we had an awesome time watching the fireworks. Our people had a blast and so did me, John and Chef Mike. As far as today - thank God for our regulars because usually it's slow for customers the day after the 4th of July. We had 13 regulars today and it was pretty good fluking again. Banged away at nice keepers all day with 100s and 100s of shorts. Weather looks great for the next couple of days, good conditions. Jimmy Rivelli and John Chiavarini on Sun. 3:30 to 9:30 for the mudhole wreck trips. One footnote - John Chiavarini (formerly of the Gambler) is now working every day. Plus, doubles on Sat. and Sun.
