Mad gaffer Thursday 6/30 p.m. trip
 

After the shark trip yesterday, we had a small charter, Greg Peedowski and his brother Bill and their kids , charter the boat for some late afternoon fishing. We wound up with a very good catch a fluke, one or two fish in a 5 pound bracket and lots of keepers , mostly caught on just bait , By The kids however , Greg being a really good buck tailer managed to catch both the bigger fish, and there were all the big Seabass you could throw back. If the trip is been a little bit later we could've kept some of those Seabass . The keepers that we caught really didn't need to be measured most of which were 19 to 20 inches, we also had a lot of shorts some that just missed . We really didn't limit out, but we weren't we were in reach of the boat limit, and it was only a 4 or 5 hour trip. We have an open boat tomorrow Saturday 7/2 and Sunday 7/3 where we will be targeting those big fluke and Sea Bass, Plan B will be bottom fishing . looks like a beautiful weekend and we have plenty a room on both trips.
