'Nuther Round of Hybrids
They were a lot smaller, just about 16 inches, not quite. My son and his friend Will looked forward to this, but since they both hold jobs now, we could only get out for 2 1/2 hours. Will hooked up first, and this one might have been better size, just sizzling the drag before throwing the hook, but I did have to tighten his drag. I saw a humungous boil I took for a musky maybe...I guess the Rapala floater I used runs at least three feet down, but the surface turned wider than a tractor-trailer tire. Anyhow, we had a good time. Will caught two hybrids, my son a hybrid and a trout; I caught three hybrids.
