Does anybody know if Clinton rd is open yet .they were doing road work. Was closed for 3 weeks.

I heard two things. One was that access was closed during the road construction and the other was that fishing access wouldn't be affected.
Over the weekend I passed the northern access to Clinton Rd and they still had the the detour signs up. I'd give them a call to find out the real story.

Next time you're in that area ask a construction worker or cop if they will let you go to the res, show them a rod and they'll let ya pass thru :)

you have to access the reservoir from Rt 23. There is a sign that
states road closed but open to access the reservoir only. I have
fished twice there already.

Really? The boat ramp is accessible? I've tried both ends with no luck.

Was just there last week no problems with access. The sign states road closed
fishing access permitted. Unless something changed but I doubt it. I even
called West Milford D.P.W. and they stated the road is closed unless but reservoir access is granted.

Was there last week, no problem getting to the launch from the south.
