4/23/16 Chunky 20" bass...
 

Action was slower today but did manage a bunch of hammer handle pickerel and couple of nice bass - including a just a smidge over 20", 4lber. Really healthy looking fish.

I've decided the best part of fishing is hooking a fish knowing its a good one, seeing it jump and realizing its a really good one. That's when you let out a "woo-hoo" and hope you don't lose it :D

nice bass,jerk baits or plastic?most bass i get lately are on the jerk baits.

Nice fish! You've been laying the smackdown on the bass and pickerel, hope you keep it going all year!

I threw my buzzbait parallel to shore in about 3' of water. After about ten feet, could see a rise behind it and then the buzzbait was gone. Starting to see a few beds but not many. These 35F mornings seem to keep chilling the water down from ideal temps.
