Feeder canal

I gave the Feeder Canal a shot for about an hour this afternoon. Not a soul there and I hooked up almost right away. It got off though so I walked the edge for about a 1/4 mile upstream. I got two more hits but that was it. Before left I tried one more cast where the one got off and hooked up again. This time I landed him, he was maybe 9", and went right back in. I see the water temperature is up to 56 degrees now so hopefully things will start picking up this week. Tight lines everyone!
