Hot spots for Carp/catfish up to 15m from Union?

Hello to all!
I am looking for some interesting places to catch a decent carp or catfish in a proximity of 15 miles from Springfield/Westfield area.. Raritan River is a bit too far from me.
Can you suggest any lakes or ponds? Not sure how you operate but I release 99% of my big fish..
Any suggestions are welecome..
