Kayak trip to Panama recap....
 

I know this is not fresh water related, but just wanted to share a few pictures from my recent kayak trip to Panama. It was an amazing week, with many big fish caught and too many species to name. The weather was as perfect as could be and the water conditions were outstanding. This was my second trip here in 3 years and the guide set up a new camp that was great ! Last trip we slept in tents, but last year he moved the camp about 5 miles away and we had running water, solar electricity and cabins that were just perfect.

Each day for lunch, we would stop at a different spot along the shore line and rest for an hour. I did a little exploring at each spot and came across a nice cave. I walked in about 50 feet and hundreds of bats started flying all around me. I waited for them to settle down a took a few pictures.

Sounds like a nice trip, cool looking pics too!! Great report/post, I probly wouldn't have seen it if you posted in salt.

Way to live life Dan. Looked like an amazing trip. That's my idea of a perfect vacation. Oh and tremendous Passaic River Pike onthewater.com article by the way.
