Hmm, I bet it's because all those damned cormorants are blocking the flow so there's not enough water below the dam!? No? Oh, must be something else then...:rolleyes:;)

The state has to do something. Thats an insane number of cormorants. Automatic 12 gauge and it'd look like there was an epic pillow fight!
